Jasper House offers sibling placements and works closely with each child’s wider professional network, including social workers, therapists and family support workers.

We support children to build relationships, feel safe and make progress at their own pace. Where appropriate, we also contribute to planning for the next steps, which may include reunification with family or a move into foster care.

Five Oaken Cottage is a cosy, homely cottage in a peaceful setting, close to woodland and countryside. It offers long-term care for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

We provide a therapeutic approach informed by Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and the PACE approach, developed by Dr Dan Hughes. We work closely with the placing authority and relevant professionals to provide consistent support based on each child’s care plan.

Oakland House is a large, detached home in a quiet setting, surrounded by countryside and woodland. We support children and young people with significant learning disabilities, including those who may have experienced loss and trauma.

Care is tailored to each child’s individual needs and care plan. We provide consistent support to help children communicate their needs, build confidence and develop skills for everyday life.

Barn Owl is a large, spacious detached home in a residential setting, with access to nearby woodland. The home is supported by a dedicated, skilled team with experience in early life trauma and its impact on children and young people.

Willow Brae is a specially adapted bungalow designed to support children and young people with complex learning disabilities, including physical disabilities. Willow Brae is part of our community of learning disability homes and works closely alongside Oakland House to provide consistent support and shared learning.

A family assessment model supports care planning and helps inform the next steps for siblings. Where appropriate, this may include a move back to family or into foster care.

This home supports children and young people with significant learning disabilities who may also be affected by loss and trauma. Support is tailored to each child’s needs, with a focus on communication, emotional regulation and everyday life skills, helping them build confidence at their own pace.

Set in a quiet neighbourhood in West Berkshire, Hawthornes offers a homely, high-quality place for young people to build independence skills and prepare for adulthood, with support from a dedicated and skilled team.
Our young people are supported to understand and manage their health needs, including access to specialist services such as mental health support. They are also helped to access and sustain education, training and employment.

Burney Bit is a specially adapted 3-bed home that supports children and young people with learning disabilities. Set in a small village in North Hampshire, the home provides a calm, homely environment.
The home is supported by a dedicated and skilled team with experience in early life trauma and the impact this can have on children and young people.

Bracken View is our fifth learning disabilities home. It is a purpose-designed 3-bed home for children and young people with learning disabilities. The home offers adapted spaces and a supportive environment to promote comfort, safety and independence.
The home is supported by a trained team with experience in early life trauma and attachment-informed care. Each child has an individual care plan tailored to their needs, helping them feel safe, understood and supported day to day.
At Bracken View, we focus on building confidence, communication and everyday life skills. We offer a range of therapeutic activities and educational programmes to support emotional wellbeing, social development and progress.
